Tria Gacha basics
Q1. What is Tria?
A: Tria is an app that brings together features such as storing and sending crypto and shopping with the reloadable Visa Tria Card.
Tria Gacha is an online mystery pack service for trading cards within the Tria app.
You do not need to get a Tria Card to use Gacha.
Q2. What is Tria Gacha (Packs)? Are the cards shown in the app real?
A: Tria Gacha lets you receive graded Pokémon and ONE PIECE trading cards. Each pack contains one physical slab (a graded card sealed in a protective case). The card may be worth more or less than the price you paid for the pack.
You can keep or sell your card in the app, or request delivery of the physical slab.
Q3. What is the 1% Bitcoin reward on Gacha purchases? Will I receive BTC?
A: You can earn Bitcoin Back at a base rate of 1% of the amount spent on paid packs purchased with Tria Wallet. For example, an eligible purchase equivalent to JPY 10,000 earns a reward equivalent to JPY 100. Conversion, transfer, and similar fees are excluded from the calculation.
Rewards are automatically paid to Tria Wallet in WBTC, a crypto asset that tracks the value of Bitcoin. The amount of WBTC is determined using the price at the time of payout. Its value in Japanese yen may change afterward as prices move.
Q4. What is Aura? Is it different from Tria Point and Bitcoin Back?
A: Aura is a Gacha-only points system. You earn Aura when you buy paid packs, and it reflects your Gacha activity. It is separate from Tria Point and Bitcoin Back.
Before you start
Q5. Can I use Gacha from Japan? Are there age or identity verification requirements? Do I need a membership or a Tria Card?
A: Yes, you can use Gacha from Japan. You must be at least 18 years old and have a Tria account that meets the eligibility requirements. Please use the latest version of the Tria app.
You do not need to buy a membership or get a Tria Card just to purchase Gacha packs. Ordinary Gacha purchases do not require the identity verification used for card issuance, although we may ask you to verify your age or identity when necessary.
Q6. When will Gacha be available? What should I do if it does not appear in the app?
A: The public launch is planned for 4 November 2026.
You need the latest version of the Tria app. If Gacha does not appear after launch, update the app. If it is still missing after the update, contact support through the in-app chat.
Q7. How can I pay for Gacha packs? Do I need to buy special points or top up a Tria Card?
A: At public launch, you can pay with supported crypto in Tria Wallet. Open Gacha from the bottom of the home screen, choose a pack, review the amount, and pay using your wallet balance.
You do not need to buy Gacha-specific points, get a Tria Card, or top up a card. Payments with Tria Card and other cards are coming soon.
Q8. How can I get crypto to use for Gacha?
A: At public launch, Tria Wallet is the only payment method. Payments with Tria Card and credit cards issued in Japan are coming soon.
Here are some ways to get funds starting with Japanese yen.
Use a Japanese crypto exchange: Buy crypto with Japanese yen and send it to Tria Wallet. If needed, convert it into a currency supported for Gacha payments.
Use JPYC EX: Purchase JPYC, a stablecoin linked to the Japanese yen, by bank transfer. You can then exchange the JPYC you receive for USDC or another currency supported by Gacha and use it in Tria Wallet.
Both options require registration and identity verification with the service you use. Before purchasing, check which currencies and networks Tria supports for receiving, converting, and paying, as well as each service’s fees.
Q9. Why can’t I select Tria Card or a Japanese credit card? When can I use them?
A: At public launch, payments are supported through Tria Wallet only. Deposit a supported crypto asset, such as USDT, into Tria Wallet to use Gacha.
Payments with Tria Card and credit cards issued in Japan are coming soon.
Buying and opening packs
Q10. Where can I check pack prices, available cards, and odds? Can the odds change?
A: There are six pack types at public launch: Pokémon packs priced at USD 50, 100, 250, and 500, and ONE PIECE packs priced at USD 100 and 250. Packs are shown when they are in stock.
Swipe through the packs on the Gacha screen to choose one, then scroll down on that pack’s screen to see the available tiers and card types. Check the displayed price and odds before purchasing. Contents and odds may change, and the conditions shown at the time of your purchase apply.
Q11. Can I choose the card I receive? Can I receive the same card more than once?
A: You can choose which pack to buy, but the card inside is selected randomly and cannot be chosen. Prices and possible cards vary by pack, so check the contents before purchasing. You may receive duplicates of the same card.
Q12. How much does a USD-priced pack cost in Japanese yen? Are there any fees on top of the displayed price?
A: Pack prices are shown in US dollars. The equivalent amount in Japanese yen depends on the exchange rate.
There are no additional fees when paying with USDC on Solana. Conversion or transfer fees may apply when using other supported crypto assets. Before confirming your purchase, check the amount of crypto you will pay and any fees shown on the screen.
Q13. Which crypto assets can I use to pay for Gacha? Why can’t I buy a pack even though I have a wallet balance?
A: You can use supported crypto assets shown on the purchase screen, including USDC on Solana. This balance is separate from funds loaded onto your Tria Card, so check that you have funds available for payment in Tria Wallet.
Only one purchase can be in progress at a time. If another purchase is still processing, wait for it to finish before trying again.
If you still cannot make a purchase, contact support through the chat with the selected asset, order number, and any error message.
Q14. Why am I asked to accept terms when buying a pack or opening a gift?
A: The terms explain the conditions that apply to Gacha purchases and Bitcoin Back. After public launch, existing buyers must accept them at their next purchase, and new buyers must accept them at their first purchase.
If you have never made a purchase and have only received a gift, you must accept the terms before opening your first gifted pack. To review the pack terms, tap Profile at the bottom right of the Gacha screen, then Packs Terms.
Q15. When should I open my pack?
A: As a general rule, you open your pack immediately after purchase. This does not apply to packs you receive as gifts.
Q16. Can I cancel a purchase or get a refund? If a refund applies, when and where will I receive it?
A: Purchases generally cannot be canceled or refunded. Refunds are not available because you did not get the card you wanted, received a duplicate, or received a card worth less than the pack price. Please review the price, possible contents, and odds before purchasing.
If you were charged but no pack was issued, were charged twice, or see a purchase you do not recognize, contact the in-app support chat. To help us investigate, please provide as much of the following information as you can:
• Order number
• Purchase date and time, including the time zone
• Purchase amount and currency
• Name and type of pack you bought or tried to buy
• A description of the issue, including a screenshot of any error message
If the unrecognized purchase appears on your card statement, copy the txID from its transaction details screen and include it as text in your message. We will review the issue and advise you in line with the applicable terms.
If an order fails and funds were deducted without a pack being issued, the payment will be refunded to Tria Wallet within 7 days. The refund is made in the asset used to settle the purchase, which may differ from the asset you initially paid with.
Q17. I was charged, but I can’t open my pack or see the result. What should I do?
A: Check Collection. Your purchased pack may be stored there unopened. If you already opened it, go to Profile → Pull History and check the card.
Depending on the crypto asset used, a purchase may take a few minutes to complete. If you leave the screen while it is processing, the pack will be stored in Collection once the purchase completes. Only one purchase can be in progress at a time.
If the order status is Failed and funds were deducted without a pack being issued, the payment will be refunded to Tria Wallet within 7 days.
If you cannot find the pack or refund, contact the in-app support chat. Please provide as much of the following information as you can: your Tria username, order number, purchase date and time (including the time zone), purchase amount and currency, the name and type of pack you bought or tried to buy, and a description of the issue.
If an error message appears, please include a screenshot.
Q18. What should I do if I was charged twice or see a purchase I don’t recognize?
A: Report duplicate charges or unrecognized purchases promptly through the support chat, accessible from the headset icon at the top right of the app. Please provide as much of the following information as you can: your Tria username, order number, purchase date and time (including the time zone), purchase amount and currency, the name and type of pack you bought or tried to buy, and a description of the issue.
If the unrecognized purchase appears on your card statement, copy the txID from its transaction details screen and include it as text in your message.
Please report an unrecognized purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. We will review and investigate the issue before advising you.
Gifting packs
Q19. Can I give an unopened pack to a friend? Where can I view packs I have received as gifts?
A: Yes. From public launch, you can buy an unopened pack as a gift for another Tria user.
Tap Profile at the bottom right of the Gacha screen, then Gifts. Tap Send a gift at the bottom to start.
Use the Received tab to view gifts you have received and the Sent tab to view gifts you have sent.
Check that you have selected the correct recipient before confirming the purchase.
Once the pack has been issued to the recipient, you cannot cancel or take back the gift.
Q20. Who receives Bitcoin Back, Aura, and streak credit when a pack is purchased as a gift?
A: The buyer who pays for the gift receives Bitcoin Back and Aura, and the purchase counts toward that buyer’s streak.
Opening the gifted pack does not give the recipient Bitcoin Back, Aura, or streak credit.
Keeping and selling cards
Q21. Where can I view the cards I have kept and their grading details?
A: You can view cards you have kept in Collection. To see grading details, go to Profile → Pull History or Shipping History, select the card, and scroll down. Details include the grading company, certification number, and grade.
Q22. Can I sell a card immediately? When will I receive the proceeds?
A: Yes. You can sell it instantly in the app without finding a buyer. On the pack results screen, check the buyback offer amount and expiry, then proceed using the sell button displaying the amount. The proceeds are credited immediately to Tria Wallet in USDC.
A buyback offer is generally valid for 72 hours after opening the pack. If a different deadline is shown for that pack, the displayed deadline takes precedence. You can still sell after choosing to keep the card, provided the offer has not expired and you have not requested shipping or transferred the card to an external wallet.
The card is not automatically sold when the offer expires; you continue to own it. Once you confirm a sale, it cannot be canceled.
Q23. Why is the card’s displayed value different from its sale price? Where can I check the amount I will receive?
A: Market value is the card’s estimated value. The amount you will actually receive from selling it is shown in the buyback offer. It may differ from both the market value and the price you paid for the pack.
Before confirming a sale, check the offer amount, expiry, and amount displayed on the sell button.
Q24. If I sell my card immediately, do I keep Bitcoin Back, Aura, and my streak?
A: Yes. Selling the card immediately does not affect the Bitcoin Back, Aura, or streak credit earned from the purchase.
Q25. Why can’t I use the sell button? What happens if the offer expires during a connection error?
A: Check that the buyback offer is still valid, that you have not requested shipping, and that you have not transferred the card to an external wallet. The deadline is generally 72 hours after opening, but the deadline shown for the pack takes precedence.
A card is no longer eligible for buyback once the offer expires, shipping is requested, or the card is transferred to an external wallet. Changes or cancellations after the deadline are generally not available, including when a connection error occurs. Any action required by law is handled separately.
If you cannot sell while the offer is still valid, contact support through the chat with the error details and the date and time it occurred.
Q26. My card is marked as sold, but I can’t find the proceeds. What should I do?
A: Sale proceeds are normally credited immediately to Tria Wallet in USDC. Return to the home screen, select Account at the bottom right, and check Wallet.
If you cannot find the funds, contact support through the chat with the sale date and time, the card involved, and the amount shown.
Q27. Can I use sale proceeds to buy another pack or pay for everyday purchases?
A: Yes. Proceeds received in your wallet can be used to buy another Gacha pack. To use them for everyday shopping, top up your Tria Card.
Q28. Can I convert sale proceeds to Japanese yen and withdraw them to my bank account?
A: Yes. You can use an external service to convert the funds to Japanese yen and receive them in your own bank account.
With JPYC EX, convert the USDC or other sale proceeds to JPYC in the Tria app, then request redemption into Japanese yen through JPYC EX. You need to register with JPYC EX and register your bank account. Follow JPYC EX’s instructions for the JPYC network, sending wallet, and other transfer details.
With a Japanese crypto exchange, convert your funds in the app into an asset the exchange accepts, then send it over a supported network. You can then sell it for Japanese yen at the exchange and withdraw to your bank account.
To receive cash, you can also top up your Tria Card and withdraw at a supported ATM in Japan using an ATM-enabled physical card. Check each service’s official guidance for eligibility, fees, and instructions.
Shipping physical slabs
Q29. Can I receive the physical slab? Are there shipping fees or destination restrictions?
A: Yes. To receive the physical slab, first choose to keep it, then open the Ship Slabs screen from Collection to request shipping. Keeping a card does not automatically trigger shipment.
Before submitting a request, check whether delivery to Japan is available, the shipping fee, and the estimated delivery time. Shipping conditions vary by provider. Insurance, handling fees, customs duties, or other charges may apply in addition to shipping.
Q30. How should I enter my shipping address?
A: Please enter your own correct address in English. We cannot deliver your item if the address is incorrect or incomplete.
Before submitting your request, carefully check all details, including the postal code, street number, building name, and apartment or unit number.
Q31. Can multiple cards be shipped together?
A: Yes. Multiple cards can be shipped together.
Q32. Can I change the address or cancel after requesting shipping?
A: No. You cannot change the address or cancel after submitting a shipping request. Before submitting, check the destination and enter the address correctly using English letters.
Q33. How long does delivery take after I request shipping? Can I track the shipment?
A: Delivery generally takes around 14–30 days from the shipping request. The actual time may vary depending on shipping conditions.
Once the shipment is ready, Collector Crypt will email you a tracking link. You can also go to Profile → Shipping History in Gacha, but updates may be delayed. Use the tracking link in the email for the latest status.
If delivery is delayed, contact Collector Crypt through Discord at https://discord.gg/CollectorCrypt. If you need help contacting them, ask Tria support through the chat.
Q34. What should I do if the card delivered is different from the one shown, is damaged, or does not arrive?
A: For shipping issues such as an incorrect, damaged, or missing card, contact Collector Crypt through Discord at https://discord.gg/CollectorCrypt. Provide the shipment number, the card involved, and a description of the issue.
If you need help contacting them, ask Tria support through the chat.
Checking Bitcoin Back
Q35. When and where will I receive Bitcoin Back? Do I need to claim it?
A: Bitcoin Back is automatically paid to Tria Wallet in WBTC once a day. You do not need to press a claim button.
The first payout is planned for 6 November 2026 and covers purchases from public launch through the cutoff on 5 November. After that, purchases before the daily cutoff are scheduled for payout at the same time the following day; purchases after the cutoff are scheduled for the day after that.
To check the next scheduled payout, go to Rewards, then Bitcoin Back, and look for Next payout at …. Dates and times are displayed in your local time zone.
Q36. Do Gacha purchases also earn Tria Card cashback?
A: Gacha purchases do not earn the Tria Card’s base cashback or additional cashback. Eligible paid pack purchases earn Bitcoin Back instead. Cashback on card purchases outside Gacha continues to apply as usual.
If Gacha still shows cashback information, update the app to the latest version. For questions about earlier purchases, contact support through the chat with the order number.
Q37. Why is my earned Bitcoin Back amount lower than the reward shown when I purchased a pack?
A: The earned amount includes only Bitcoin Back that has already been paid out. Rewards awaiting payout appear in US dollars as Pending under Rewards, then Bitcoin Back.
The amount of WBTC is determined using the price at the time of payout. Before your first payout, 1% back is shown instead of an earned amount.
Q38. Why does my total Bitcoin Back value differ from the sum of the USD amounts in my payout history?
A: Different prices are used for the USD conversion. Each entry in your payout history uses the price on its payout date. The total shows the current USD value of all the WBTC you have received.
Because Bitcoin prices change, the total USD value may differ from the sum of the USD amounts in your payout history.
Q39. My Bitcoin Back has not appeared after the scheduled payout. What should I do?
A: Go to Rewards, then Bitcoin Back, and check the pending amount and the next scheduled payout shown under Next payout at …. The first payout is planned for 6 November 2026. Rewards that have not yet been paid out are shown as Pending.
Once paid, they appear in your wallet history as Gacha Bitcoin Back earned. If more than one day has passed since the scheduled payout and you still have not received it, contact support through the chat with your Tria username and order number.
Q40. What happens to Bitcoin Back if my pack purchase is refunded?
A: If a refund is made before the reward is paid out, Bitcoin Back for that purchase is canceled. Rewards already paid may also be subject to adjustment or recovery under the terms.
If you have questions about a specific order, contact support through the chat with the order number.
Q41. What does Won from rewards on the Rewards page represent?
A: It combines the value of rewards you have earned and Bitcoin Back already paid out. It does not include packs you bought yourself, cards from those packs, or Aura.
Bitcoin Back included in this figure is valued in US dollars using the price on the payout date. The total on the Bitcoin Back page uses the current price, so the two figures may differ.
Opening packs or selling cards does not change this cumulative amount.
Aura streaks and leaderboards
Q42. What can I use Aura for? Can I cash it out or transfer it? Does it expire?
A: Aura is a points system that reflects your Gacha activity. You currently cannot use Aura to buy products or exchange it for cash or crypto. You also cannot transfer it to another user.
Aura does not expire during normal use. Stay tuned for future updates about Aura.
Q43. How much Aura do I earn? Where can I see my balance and current multiplier?
A: You normally earn 10 Aura for every USD 1 equivalent spent. On days 7–13 of a streak, you earn 15 Aura per USD 1 at a 1.5× multiplier. From day 14 onward, you earn 20 Aura per USD 1 at a 2× multiplier.
For example, a USD 50 equivalent pack earns 500 Aura normally, 750 Aura on days 7–13, or 1,000 Aura from day 14 onward.
Tap Rewards at the bottom of the Gacha screen to check your Aura balance. Tap the Aura card to open the Aura screen and check your streak status and current multiplier. Tap Learn more for the How Aura works screen. The expected Aura shown on the purchase screen is an estimate; the amount actually credited is final.
Q44. How is a streak counted? When does each day end?
A: Your streak continues when you buy at least one paid pack per day, regardless of the pack type or price. Selling the card immediately afterward does not affect that day’s streak credit.
The daily cutoff is the same as the Bitcoin Back cutoff. Check the cutoff and payout schedule in the app, shown in your local time zone.
Packs purchased as gifts count toward the buyer’s streak. Opening a free pack or a pack received as a gift does not count toward the recipient’s streak.
Q45. What happens to my streak multiplier and saved Aura if I miss a day?
A: If you do not buy a paid pack before that day’s cutoff, your streak resets to 0 days, and your Aura multiplier returns to 1× from your next purchase. You keep the Aura you have already earned.
There is no option to pause a missed day or make it up later.
Q46. If my Aura multiplier reaches 2×, does Bitcoin Back also increase to 2%?
A: No. The multiplier of up to 2× applies only to the amount of Aura earned. At public launch, the base Bitcoin Back rate is 1%, regardless of your Aura multiplier.
Q47. Aura was not displayed on my first pack purchase. Did I still earn it?
A: Yes. Aura is credited on your first pack purchase too. The expected Aura on the purchase screen and the Aura credited on the purchase results screen are hidden only for your very first Tria Gacha purchase. Both are displayed from your second purchase onward.
Tap Rewards at the bottom of the Gacha screen and check the Aura card for your balance.
Q48. What is a streak sharing frame?
A: It is the frame shown when you share your streak. Its appearance changes at streak milestones of 7, 14, 30, 60, and 100 days.
The frame itself does not change your Bitcoin Back rate.
Q49. How are leaderboard rankings determined? Where can I check the event period?
A: Rankings are based on the amount spent on packs purchased with Tria Wallet during the event period. Purchases made after public launch are counted, and your rank appears on the leaderboard screen.
Check the in-app leaderboard for the event period and cutoff. To view past leaderboards, go to Rewards → Past leaderboards. Stay tuned for what comes next.
Q50. When will the level feature be available?
A: The Levels section on the Aura screen is marked Soon. Stay tuned for further details.
9 Contacting support
Q51. How can I contact support about Gacha, and what information should I provide?
A: Open the support chat using the headset icon at the top right of the app. Provide your Tria username, a description of the issue, and the date, time, and time zone when it occurred. For purchase-related inquiries, also include your order number, purchase date and time (including the time zone), amount and currency, and the name and type of pack you bought or tried to buy, as far as you can confirm. If an error message appears, please include a screenshot.
If the unrecognized purchase appears on your card statement, copy the txID from its transaction details screen and include it as text in your message.
For shipping inquiries, contact Collector Crypt through Discord at https://discord.gg/CollectorCrypt and provide the shipment number.
