Tria offers two primary ways to earn rewards by inviting others to the platform: the standard App Referral program and the professional Ambassador Platform.
1. What is the difference between App Referrals and the Ambassador Program?
App Referrals: Designed for all users. You can find your share link in the Rewards section of the Tria app.
Ambassador Program: A more structured referral platform for those looking to earn higher commissions. You must register at ambassador.tria.so.
2. How does the Ambassador Commission structure work?
Ambassadors earn commissions on three specific activities performed by their referrals:
Card Purchase: When a user buys a card using your unique referral code.
Card Spend: When a referred user makes a transaction with their card.
Futures Spend: When a referred user performs futures transactions.
3. What are the Ambassador Tiers and Commission Levels?
Ambassadors are divided into tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) based on the number of cards sold. Higher tiers earn higher direct sale commissions.
Ambassador Tier | Direct Sale Commission | Indirect Sale Commission |
Bronze | 20% | 10% |
Silver | 25% | 10% |
Gold | 30% | 10% |
Platinum | 30-40% | 10% |
Diamond | 50% | 10% |
Note: Platinum and Diamond ambassadors receive indirect commissions from their entire downward hierarchy, while lower tiers only receive them from their direct referrals.
4. How are commissions paid?
Card Sales & Spends: Distributed quarterly.
Futures Spend: Distributed monthly.
Format: All commissions are issued in USD equivalent and credited directly to your connected Tria wallet.
Wait Period: For card transactions, there is a 90-day settlement period to account for potential chargebacks.
5. Are there any technical requirements for Ambassadors?
Account Linking: You must link your Ambassador platform account with your Tria account. Once linked, this cannot be changed.
Access Codes: Each ambassador has a unique referral code visible on their dashboard. This code must be used by the onboarded user to track the activity.
