Handling Compromised Card Details
Compromised card details can occur due to phishing, unauthorized access, or other security breaches. If you notice a transaction you don't recognize or believe your card details have been stolen, it is essential to act quickly to secure your account and prevent unauthorized transactions.
Steps for Virtual Card Replacement
Open the Tria app and navigate to the Card screen.
Select Card Details for the compromised virtual card.
Tap on Re-issue my card.
Confirm your selection. A new virtual card number will be generated immediately, and you can start using it right away.
Note: Virtual Cards can only be reissued a maximum of 3 times. Reissuing virtual cards is recommended for compromised cards and not anything else.
Steps for Physical Card Replacement
Freeze the physical card in the Tria app to block any new charges.
Contact Tria support to request a replacement card. The support team will:
Invalidate your current physical card.
Provide a new application code to order a replacement card. Be aware that fees may apply for physical card replacements.
